Well, it's a stranger
I have a Packard Bell PB640 (Pentium I) with Windows NT 4.0 and has a 2 GB hard drive, so I bought an external USB hard drive, 4 USB PCI card, and found a USB driver for Windows NT 4.0 ( which is very difficult) to do. Now I have a USB hard drive to store photos, music and writing with Windows NT 4.0 was written in 1996, long before USB.
